“ Ordered the Tea for 2, which included 2 pieces of Cod (battered) and a serving of chips. The fish was cooked very well, soft and did not have a rubbery texture. The batter was crispy and golden and the chips were soft but crispy. The portions of fish and chips were very sizeable. The service was efficient and kind. “ I am a local, been here a few times for fish and chips, always good and always ample chips.Today I tried a steak burger and $3 worth of chips. Chips were great and more than I could eat. The steak burger was fantastic, far better than macca rubbish. Tender steak, not a pattie, good salad and beetroot. Genuine, old fashioned burger, hard to find. Hard working, friendly staff, this place is an asset to the town and deserves to be supported. ”

“ Best chips & chicken salt combo I've had in years from a fish and chip shop. Flavour brings me back to how they would taste when I was a kid. Got 1 of the works burger, no pineapple, tasted great. Food travelled 30 minutes home with me and still hit as if freshly ordered. Cost me $22. Well worth it Great customer service, loud girl really nice ”
